Hue OC to HC, Allen a DC to HC. Both had no prior expertise in the HC field however Allen comes from a division rival that he helped the defensive side much in 2011. I "think" the concern by the media on "Why not Moss" is be cause that is what the "expected or anticipated" move would be so it caught most off guard when this became and expectation that did not come to fruition. All in all too early to tell yet obviously. Much is to be seen since McKenzie has stated he will relinquish hiring power to his HC to hire who he sees fit.
