His career needed to end. He was a hell of a running qb when he took over for joe and put his helmet down 1 to many times. He is as slow as an x boxer now days. Those qbs in the 80s and 90s took a beating! But back to jj and the rams. Do the rams ANY veteran leadership on that team?
