  1. The two most interesting things he said IMO were

    - Taking it week-to-week was the reason for the late season spark

    - Brandon McDonald is “hungry”

    • I agree with him about the Week to Week mentality! That is Eric Mangini’s motto that he learned from the Patriots. During their streak of consecutive wins that ran into a few seasons, they said they looked at it like one win 23 times and not 23 wins. Also, situational football is something Bill Belichick preaches!

McDonald needs to be hungry as the competition at the Cornerback just went up dramatically. I think Wright and Haden win out to start and McDonald goes to Nickel. Should be interesting!!

      Thanks for stopping by Bryan!!

      • No problem. Great job with the interview

        • The interview was very informative, realizing David’s tenure in the League helped Steve out tremendously, by giving him the opportunity to ask questions that are a little more technical then most. The one question that I think Steve should have asked or made a point of was the fact that David played injured most if not the entire season. Yet was the 2nd leading tackler. You want the viewer to know what type of HEART and LEADERSHIP is on the playing field!!
By pointing that out this gives the viewer/fan a greater perspective of what to expect. Also maybe putting some tape in a certain spot so that your whole face is seen to the public, gives a more personal appearance during the telecast. Hope this isn’t the last interview, looking forward to more. Maybe WK 4 or 6 you could do another one. I personally look for some sort of playoff between the BROWNS/RAVENS/BENGALS to win the division. Trust me the BROWNS are on their way back. Just keep Jake as warm as possible between weeks 10 and 17. Wish U the BEST this year DAVE
