Miles Austin: Beast of the Week (Week 5)

Miles Austin out did a bullet, “Bullet” Bob Hayes that is! Mr. Austin was the first Dallas Cowboy receiver to amass 250 yards receiving and in the process he set a franchise record, a record that was formerly owned by “Bullet” Bob with 248 yards.

This Cowboy was a Star on Sunday!
What Miles did was nothing short of remarkable. He consistantly broke tackles and made difficult catches. The true beauty of his day however was the times in which he stepped up the biggest. His first big play came late in the 4th Quarter to break a 13-13 tie. His final big play was well….the final play of the game! Austin did it again, breaking tackles and streaking downfield to give the Cowboys the win in overtime. Here are all of Miles Austin’s catches, gathered in one place for your viewing pleasure.
Hat’s off to Miles Austin, our Beast of the Week!
