Albert Haynesworth of the Washington Redskins has announced that he will not be attending up coming mini-camp and formally requests a trade from the organization! The Skinnypost Crew talks about the situation.

Good post. I agree that Washington needs to cut their losses to promote team unity, but Haynesworth should understand that he stands a better chance of getting the money he wants if he buys into the system Shanahan is selling and puts in an entire season of hard work. The way I see it is that S.B. wins and playoff runs have a little more weight than individual records.
Hey Man thanks for stopping by. Yea its crazy that he is one of the highest paid players already for doing what he does. I think he should just stay and play, But i think its more about him wanting to do whatver he really wants to do. I wonder what team he lands on or if The redskins get some of that money back. I dont think this story is gonna turn out to pretty….way to much money is involved!
