Tebow works on throwing motion

Tim Tebow is down in California and not on vacation enjoying his offseason but rather working hard on improving his throwing motion. Tebow has a spirit and winning drive about him that is contagious and the Broncos saw that first hand as they went from 2-5 to the Divisional Round of the Playoffs last season. One thing that is holding them back however is their inability to throw the ball. Tebow must improve on his passing numbers from last season and that’s where Noel Mazzone comes in.
The Offensive Coordinator from UCLA has worked with many QB’s in the past and is trying to get Tebow to shorten his release and improve his accuracy through mechanics. In a season where 13 QB’s threw for over 4000 yards, Tebow was unable to crack the 2000 mark. He did show glimpses of hope however like when he threw for 300 plus vs the Steelers in the Playoffs.
“He just came out here to throw and work on a few things and see if we can just become a little more efficient in what he’s doing,” Coach Mazzone said of Tebow.
If Tim Tebow can utilize the offseason and improve on his passing he could be the complete package. Accuracy is one of the toughest things to change but looking at his drive and willingness to overcome, we don’t put it past him to make strides this offseason.

He played for 11 games while others played for 16.Not excusing him.But his passing yards would be lower based on that.Hope he gets better. He is such a sweet person and humble as well.
Good point Yomi, he didn’t play an entire season but still needs to improve his pocket “comfort” and that comes with confidence. Let’s see if he finds it!!
